Product or service reviewed: Central Air and Hot Water Heater

Initially had issue with our central air and the technician, Matt, fixed that issue pretty quickly. He took the time to explain what happened and showed the damage to the part needing replacing. As he finished the job, Matt took service a step further and made aware of some burn marks on the outside of our hot water heater. Matt agreed to look at and clean it to see if he could improve it. He took the time to show me the damage and wear, then simply provided the options honestly. No pushy sales tactics just honest and detailed answers. I made the decision to replace it and he got it done the same day. Another technician came out with the new unit and installation was done in no time.
